Pick-up in Miami Beach:
Yes we can do. We can pick you up in all locations, hotel or resident in Miami Beach until 69 street on Collins Ave. We can do it somewhere else, just tell us where exactly you are and we can accommodate the meeting point for you. Also we pick up in

In Downtown Miami, we only pick up at four hotels: Holiday Inn, Hilton, InterContinental, and Hyatt Regency.
We use a white or black van, mini bus to pick you up. The van has a sign in front of the glass that says “SHUTTLE TO SAWGRASS” We will pick up the passenger in your location at the hotel or residence. This is a shared ride van be patient and do not worry we will be there.
It is not necessary to print the receipt to board the van. The driver will have your name on the manifest and will be expecting you. To guarantee your reservation it is better to make it via website in our online reservation system, click on “BOOK” so that you can pay it at once and thus avoid inconveniences, after booking, you will immediately receive an email confirmation containing your receipt and itinerary. What is the procedure for booking a private transfer?

A 5% fee of the base price will be charged for the refund. This is because the platform charges this fee.
