How it Works or How i do make a reservation?

Please try to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance. You can pay by credit card or cash to the driver. You do not need to imprint the reservation form, the driver knows about your trip. Once you book is already confirmed we will give you driver phone number.

When you pay by credit card we will charge 20% extra that included (3% credit card commission, 7% pay tax, 10% booking fee and tips), If you have any question let us know.

This is not a private service, this a shared ride bus, please check your email because we will confirm by email the last time.

How do you recognize the shuttle bus?

The shuttle have a sign in front (SAWGRASS). We will provide the driver phone number in case emergency.

What is included in the price and Can I pay in cash on the bus?

Round trip Transportation from Miami Beach to Sawgrass Mills Mall. Yes we can accept cash on the bus but  you must to confirm the reservation in advance  in our web page. If you will pay by credit card or Paypal we will charge extra. Many of our tours are popular and sell out early. By booking in advance, you are guaranteed a spot on the bus.

Is it necessary to print my receipt?

After booking, you will immediately receive an email confirmation containing your receipt and itinerary. However, it is not necessary to print the receipt to board the bus. The driver will have your name on the manifest and will be expecting you.

Will you pick me up at my hotel?

Yes. We offer courtesy pick-up and drop-off service from hotels in all Miami Beach on Collins Ave. Please note: We do not come into the hotel lobby, or drive the bus into the hotel driveway to meet you. You must be waiting outside the hotel with a view of the street, looking for the bus.

Can you pick me up in another location?

We only pick up in all Miami Beach on Collins Ave but we can do in another place, just tell us where exactly you are and we can accommodate the meeting point for you.

Where is the meeting point at Sawgrass?

Will pick you up or wait for us at Super Target at 5:00 pm or 9:00 pm.

What happens if I miss my trip?

If you miss your trip we can accommodate for later, our bus in the morning go back twice to Miami Beach from the Sawgrass Mall.

Do you offer private services in Sedan, Van, SUV limo or Bus?

Are children the same price as adults?

Yes. Infants under age 3 ride free.

If we are fifteen minute late, you ride is FREE, guarantee. (Restrictions apply. This only work in airports).

Reservation Requirements: Passenger can request to be picked up at the curbside (baggage claim exit door) if you do not see the driver please call 305-400-9642. Be advised that you must provide a credit card number 6 hours prior pick up to confirm your reservation. Keep your reservation number at all times for a better customer service. When booking one way or round trip transfers, you should enter complete flight information into your reservation (airline carrier, flight number and arrival/departure times). If you do not enter complete/accurate details, your transfers are not guaranteed.

Deposit: When you click Reserve, we will validate your payment card but it will not be charged. Credit Card IMPRINT REQUIRED or credit card authorization form by e-mail fort third parties. Hourly rates will include pick-up / drop-off and stops at not extra charge, there is a minimum of 4 hrs. for hourly services. Services from any venues such as Stadiums and Arenas will have a surcharge of 1 Hour of waiting time in advance or convertered to an hourly service, Overtime might billed in one hour increment.

By providing your credit card information you authorize Traveller Solution and Partners to charge your credit card for any of the following charges: Tolls, Parking, schedule change, cancellation fees, any kind of damages to vehicles (Includes Smoking and Sickness), extra stops, cleaning fee, ($1) one dollar per minute after 15 minutes of waiting time, any services or reservations between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM. will have an extra night surcharge of $25.00 and a 5% will be added automatically to your final bill for Credit Cards Payments unless you paid cash to the driver. if you do not agree to any of these surcharges you can cancel at not charge.

Changes: Traveller Solutions and Partners will track your flight progress and adjust your pick up time based on any delays. If your flight is cancelled, there are no shuttle or limo service cancellation charges. Rates will not change once the reservation has been made.

Cancellations: cancellations within 24 hours of the ride will be billed 50% of the price quoted in the contract, if your service has been assigned and dispatched you will be charge 100% of the base rate. “NOT SHOW” Failure to contact our office in the event that you do not see your driver right away will result in the client being charged the full amount. There will be no refund issued if you fail to contact our office. Why do you charge a late cancellation fee? When you make a reservation, we ensure that a chauffeur and vehicle are reserved just for you and blocked from receiving any additional work. This fee goes towards paying a driver who has missed out on revenue because of the late cancellation.

Airport Pickups: There is a 30 minute time allowance on Domestic flight arrivals and a 1 hour and 30 min (1:15) time allowance on International flight arrivals from the time the flight lands. After the time allowance wait time will be billed in 30 minute increments and will vary based on the hourly rate of the specific vehicle and the additional parking will be added in addition.

Seaport Pickups: There is a 30 minute time allowance from the scheduled pickup time at the port. After the time allowance wait time will be billed in 30 minute increments and will vary based on the hourly rate of the specific justify.

Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to any car caused by client during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Alcohol Consumption by minors and/or drug use by anyone is strictly prohibited by law. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). Smoking is not permitted in all of our vehicles. Not responsible for articles left in any vehicle. As far as personal belongings, we recommend that all valuables be removed from the vehicle when left unattended. Traveller Solution and its employees will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged articles. Traveller Solution and Partners will not be held responsible for any injuries caused by alcohol consumption, intoxication or failure to wear a seat belt.

ALL PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH TRAVELLER SOLUTION LLC AND PARTNERS WITH CREDIT CARD HAVE AN EXTRA CHARGE OF 5%.

What happens if I miss my pickup? What is the policy for a No-Show?

A “No-Show” will be charged the full rate.  If you cannot locate your chauffeur at the designated pickup point on your reservation, call us at +1 305.400.9642 so that our team can connect you with your driver without delay and you can avoid a “no show” charge.  In the event that your plans change, or you miss your flight, call 305-400-9642 as soon as possible, since a cancellation, even a few hours before pickup, may not result in any charge to you.
